The attendance of our support team is done via WhatsApp, and the response time varies according to the momentary demand of the operators.

The plans are monthly with automatic renewal for one year, but have no fidelity, they can be cancelled at any time, as long as there is at least fifteen days notice. If the client does not get in touch during this period to request cancellation, the plan will automatically renew for another year, and so on. Also, the prices of the services provided can be changed with 15 days notice;

Our platform may terminate access in case of user default;

In case of failure of the platform, it must reroute the service to another service provider or reverse the proportional amount of unused days for the current month's subscription;

Any request not belonging to the services of our platform will be charged an extra fee defined by our team according to the complexity of the request.


After making the payment, whether by card, billet or pix, (reminding you to check that you have opted for recurring charges on the card) we will not be able to make the reversal after the 7 days granted by law, "Art. 49. Do not follow or unfollow manually, so that there is no blocking of actions on the Instagram profile;

Any change of password or login, change immediately in the panel, so that there are no interruptions in service.

Once an account has been created for a profile, each user added can only be changed after 30 days. Reference profiles can be updated every 7 days.

Failure to comply with the above recommendations may result in your Instagram profile being blocked for up to seven (7) days or more.
